Priorities 2024 - 2025

Key Priority 1: Strengthen induction, assessment and provision for pupils who join the school mid-phase, with a particular focus on those at the early stages of English language fluency.

Key Priority 2: Strengthen leadership capacity at all levels to drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and curriculum outcomes.

Key priority 3: Use end-of-year assessment information and half-termly pupil progress meetings to accurately identify pupils who are working below or out of year group expectations, and implement timely, effective strategies to close learning gaps and inform decisions about SEND provision.

Key Priority 4: Continue to increase pupil attendance and reduce PA, including FSM and SEND to ensure all children benefit from consistent access to learning.

Key priority 5: Continue to develop and implement the writing curriculum in line with the DfE Writing Framework.
